Book Policy
All students must have the appropriate course Student Textbook. It is the responsibility of the student to obtain a book. Links are provided to locate books. 
All students must have their book with them at the time of the course or they will not be allowed entry.

Payment Policy
For all openly scheduled classes (booked online) payment is due at time of registration.
For privately booked classes payment arrangements will be made on a case by case basis.

Cancellation Policy
A student cancelling a prebooked class more than 2 weeks prior will receive a full refund minus a 25$ administrative fee.
Cancellations with less than 2 week notice will not be accepted (see Refund/Transfer Policies)

Refund Policy
Refunds will not be given. Rescheduling may be available.

Transfer Policy
Student class fees may be transferred to another student with prior permission from Caregivers Professional Resource
